Gemini offers a comprehensive scope of welding, fabrication and overlay services, backed by our 65,000 sq. ft. state of the art machine works, to meet the demanding needs of our client’s projects. Our team of experienced and dedicated professionals are ready to tackle even the largest manufacturing/repair projects for the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Mining, Forestry and other heavy industries. Gemini’s team of welding fabricators hold CWB and Journeyman certification as well as B-Pressure and other endorsements to meet the needs of the most complex welding requirements. Engineering services such as stamped drawings, WPQR can be provided by our retained engineer. Investments in cutting edge technologies such as our new PLC large dual head, sub-arc manipulator with camera vision control and 24 Ton capacity multi-axis positioner add to our capabilities profile. Gemini Machine Works Inc. is a full-service manufacturing solutions provider and utilizes multiple QMS initiatives to ensure our projects are completed to the highest standards, on time – every time. We are an ISO 9001:2015, ABSA/ASME Section VIII-1, and CWB W47.1-Div II registered facility.

Capabilities

Gemini welding & fabrication capabilities continue to evolve to meet the needs of our Customers across a wide range of industries. Our team of journeymen welders, millwrights, and machinists are the experts in small and large new manufacturing as well as repair/modification projects.

Gemini’s fabrication & heavy equipment repair facility boasts over 90,000 sq. ft. on 10 acres and includes 80 Tons of overhead crane capacity as well as a 90 AT mobile yard crane service. Sandblasting and pre-paint facilities are on site and able to accommodate large components and sub assemblies.
